What is SKIL?

SKIL is an Independent Living Resource Center that began supplying services to Kansas in June 1992. Two sisters Jeanette Pruitt and Marty Wooten petitioned the state and began assisting people mainly in the Southeast Kansas area. Today SKIL provides services to more than 5300 people each year.
