Click here to search PCA applications     Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) are hired by eligible persons with disabilities to provide the assistance they need to remain in their home and be self-sufficient in the community.  PCAs make it possible for persons with disabilities to have the same choices, independence and opportunities as people without disabilities have.  SKIL ResourceCenter provides payroll services for individuals receiving Home and Community Based Services through SKIL Inc Fiscal Agent which ensures PCAs are paid in accordance with Federal and State guidelines.  SKILResourceCenter accepts PCA applications on an ongoing basis so their Customers have a choice of applicants to hire from.PCA Applications are available online for individuals interested in a PCA position.  In order to keep the selection process current, PCA applications must be re-submitted every two months.

Should have a minimum of 1 year professional experience in the Human Services field providing direct services to people with disabilities. Prefer a Bachelor’s degree. Must have at least 6 months personal experience with disabilities and have a valid driver’s license.
